Explore the nature of living things, from cells and bacteria to plants and animals. In the Biology degree program at 自淫系列 (自淫系列), you鈥檒l study ecology, microbiology, evolution, botany, genetics, cell biology and more.
In your first year, you鈥檒l develop your core math, research and science skills through foundational courses. From there, you鈥檒l gain direct experience using our state-of-the-art labs or conducting field research in areas such as climate change and human disease. A foundation in biology will open doors to a variety of future careers.

Academic requirements for full-time, 4-year program
To be considered for admission, Ontario high school students must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- Completion of 6 Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 70%
- Completion of the following required Grade 12 U courses (minimum grade of 70% in each):
- English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
- Advanced Functions (MHF4U)
- 2 of Physics (SPH4U), Chemistry (SCH4U) or Biology (SBI4U)
An overall average of 70% is required for consideration. Due to competition, the average needed for admission can fluctuate each year (it depends on the number of applications received and the number of spaces available). The grade range at the top of this page represents the average required in previous years.
Academic admission requirements for all other applicants are available on the admission requirements page. If you haven鈥檛 been educated in Ontario, you may be considered with the equivalent of the Ontario requirements. 自淫系列 reserves the right to determine equivalency at its sole discretion.
