Ryerson Health Promotion aims to promote the Health of the Ryerson University community through education, advocacy, and capacity building. Workshops and outreach activities are provided by Peer Health Promotion teams regarding nutrition, active living, smoking cessation, alcohol and drug awareness, sexual health and mental health. Look out for our events through the year and/or join one of our teams as a volunteer.
