The Department of Chemistry and Biology will consider graduates of the three-year Biotechnology-Advanced diploma program from Centennial College, for advanced standing into the BSc (Biology) degree program. A minimum cumulative grade point average of 'B+' (3.50) is required for advanced standing admission consideration. Applicants will be evaluated on a competitive basis with all other applicants for advanced standing. 

Successful candidates will be admitted to first semester/year, and will be assessed for transfer credit on an individual basis.  Generally speaking, up to 12 one-semester courses, out of a total of 41 required courses, may be granted (subject to change).
